REBECCA DAVIS, PARTNER
Rebecca is an insurance litigation attorney primarily focusing on insurance coverage disputes between policyholders and their insurance carriers. She also handles third party property matters between homeowners, condominium owners and associations.
Rebecca was born and raised in Broward County. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, concentrating in accounting and finance, from Boston University and her Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School. She is a member of Florida Bar and the Wisconsin Bar. She is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts, along with the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Prior to joining Leader, Leader & Zucker, Rebecca worked for two mid-sized defense firms in South Florida handling first-party and third-party property matters, including class actions, along with defending physicians, nurses, and other individuals, hospitals and other businesses in medical malpractice, wrongful death, products liability, premise liability, general liability, automobile accident, trucking accident and sexual assault cases.
While representing various insurance carriers in the State of Florida, Rebecca handled hundreds of claims and lawsuits from inception through trial, giving her knowledge and insight into how insurance companies approach and manage claims and litigation. This experience makes her uniquely situated to successfully represent policyholders when suing their own insurance companies.
Outside of work, Rebecca spends time with her family, volunteering at church and her son’s school, and cheering for the Miami Dolphins.
