WFLA reports on a woman who crashed her vehicle into a bar in Florida while allegedly under the influence of alcohol. According to police, the 29-year-old driver lost control of her vehicle shortly before 7 p.m. and veered into the bar and café’s outdoor patio. She then tried to put the car in reverse and flee the scene, but police claim bar patrons stopped her.
Responders had to take one of the bar’s patrons to a local hospital, where medical staff treated the victim for minor injuries. Police found the driver’s blood alcohol content to be 0.16, which is twice the legal limit. They have since charged her with marijuana possession and DUI with injury.
